Commission-Driven Sales Representative

Job Overview:

As a Soundspace SpaceMaker, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our subscriber base by generating qualified leads and effectively managing deals from initial prospecting to successful deal closure. You will be responsible for effectively communicating Soundspace’s value proposition to fellow musicians and adopting a consultative approach to better understand their musical goals and how Soundspace can help.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Utilize strategies and methods of your choosing to generate a consistent stream of qualified leads for potential Soundspace subscribers.

Recommended: Networking, event attendance, email marketing, social media content creation, etc.: Soundspace to provide collateral

Conduct Discovery conversations/tours with interested Leads to better understand their goals and create a curated user experience on Tours.

SpaceMaker will be provided with target markets, suggested demographics, and discovery call templates.

Tours & Sales: Consistently meet weekly tour goals and monthly sales goals

Campaign Management: Spacemaker is responsible for all ownership through closure. Maintain regular communication with leads to address questions and nurture them through the sales pipeline.

Compensation Structure:

Our commission structure offers two methods of earning:

Direct Referrals: For each person you personally introduce to Soundspace using our referral form, you'll receive a 50% commission on their first month's membership price.

Social Media Sharing: Sharing your unique Spacemaker code on your socials allows you to reach a broad audience. For each person who signs up using your code, you'll earn a 10% commission on their first month's subscription price.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Sales-minded with a drive for networking and connecting with people.

Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working independently.

Ability to articulate the value of Soundspace and its offerings to potential members.

Working Hours:

This role offers flexible working hours, however, you will have weekly scheduled check-ins with a supervisor to ensure alignment and discuss progress.
